Privacy Policy
Last updated 22 September 2026.
1. Scope
This policy describes how Social Hubs handles information in connection with newzealandsocialhubs.com. It applies to the website and to the free social game published on it. It does not apply to any third-party site you may reach from a link here.
2. Information we do not collect
The site has no accounts, no registration form and no login. We do not ask for your name, date of birth, postal address, payment details or identity documents, and we have no facility to store them. Your coin balance and game history exist only in your browser's memory for the duration of the page and are never transmitted to us.
3. Information that may be processed automatically
Like most websites, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that may record standard technical data in server logs, such as the requesting IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and basic browser and device identifiers. This information is used to keep the site available and secure, and to diagnose faults. It is not used to build a profile of you.
4. Cookies and local storage
The game itself sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage; this is why your balance resets on reload. Should we introduce any non-essential cookie in future, we will ask for consent before it is set.
5. Third parties
Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which may receive your IP address as a technical consequence of serving those files. Beyond hosting and fonts, we do not share information with anyone, and we do not sell information under any circumstances.
6. Email correspondence
If you write to our support address, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the exchange. Ask us to delete it and we will.
7. Children
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process information relating to a minor. If you believe a child has contacted us, tell us and we will remove the correspondence.
8. Your choices
Because we hold so little, most requests resolve quickly. You may ask what correspondence we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to the address on our support page.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and kept deliberately simple, which is itself a security measure. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive material.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of the site after that date indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
